Only a few weeks after Libby Tanner made a memorable guest appearance in Stingers, it's the turn of her real-life partner and former All Saints co-star Brian Vriends to act with the gang. Brian plays Joel Pearson, a member of a diamond-thieving ring – and he is nothing like Ben Markham, the much-loved ambo he played for so many years.
While young police officer Leo Flynn (Daniel Frederiksen) finds himself in deep trouble during his latest undercover gig with a group of armed robbers, his boss Luke Harris (Gary Sweet) is having his own problems. And things are about to get far worse for the enigmatic Harris. Having secretly stopped taking his bipolar disorder medication, Harris is having great difficulty remembering things. Throw in the fact that he's being blackmailed by an evil ex-crim and you have one stressed-out police chief.
