Description:
|
Mackenzie and Hollister are called in to investigate a homicide on the docks. Eleven illegal-immigrants from Romania are found dead inside a shipping container. The only survivor is a sixteen-year-old girl, called Nadia, who is hospitalized, suffering from dehydration and shock. Church goes undercover as a customs officer while Danni gets the laid back job, posing as a hospital patient so she can keep an eye on Nadia.

With the departure last week of Water Rats, the new series of Stingers makes a long-awaited return. This Melbourne-produced drama, based on the experiences of undercover cop Guy Wilding, opens tonight with Peter Chuch (Peter Phelps) working undercover as a customs officer. The unit has been called in to investigate the deaths of 11 illegal immigrants found inside a shipping container.
